Beware, News Managment Dept(aka disinformation/lies)at work

What do you do when the news headlines are unfavourable? Change them of course. How? Easy, CRY WOLF AT THE TOP OF YOUR VOICE(just declare a major terror alert). This believe it or not makes people think you´re doing a good job. There´s a link between the terror alerts and Bush's approval ratings.
